Marco Soto is a builder who has had over 24 years of experience in the home building industry. He brings to his work a passion for excellence, paying particular attention to quality construction and fine detailing. He stays current with trends and technology and works closely with his crews in order to provide the most up to date, efficient and effective building practices. He is intentional in the use of materials which are environmentally conscientious. He works closely with clients, architects and designers, sub-contractors, vendors and his employees to ensure clear communication which, in turn, creates an atmosphere of harmony and satisfaction through the duration of all projects. Marco is open and honest and possesses a high degree of integrity in all areas of his life. 

Jamie McNett graduated from Western Washington University in with a B.A. in Art and Education. Several years later she went back to school, receiving a Master of Architecture in 1981. She has been a registered architect since 1984. After working for a number of years in firms specializing in public works primarily libraries and schools, she and Marco Soto formed Soto McNett Construction, Inc. in Skagit Valley, where they live with their children. She enjoys utilizing her artistic talents and working closely with clients in order to create unique expressions reflecting personal tastes and needs. She feels strongly that the environment in which one lives can and should be life enhancing. One of her greatest rewards is hearing of the joy and satisfaction that her clients/friends get from living in their one-of-a-kind homes.
